ABOUT ME: Garrett is a game design student at George Mason University pursuing a BFA in Computer Game Design. Born in San Diego, California, he spent part of his childhood in Hawaii before eventually settling in Fairfax, Virginia. He builds immersive game worlds using Unity and Unreal Engine, creating 3D assets in Autodesk 3ds Max and working across the full pipeline from concept to playable environments. His skill set also includes video editing, 2D/3D art, animation, and sound design. His primary passion is sound design, especially Foley work that brings digital experiences to life.

An explorable 3D world build showcasing environment design, terrain sculpting, and atmospheric lighting. A living village created from custom 3D models and assets.
A fast-paced obstacle course platformer set on the Martian surface. Dodge hazards, navigate alien terrain, and escape before time runs out.
A tribute to the classic Nintendo party game format — a fully functional game board experience with custom mechanics, minigames, and original design.
(Junior Team Capstone Project)
A team project I worked with a group of students in the game major creating our own version of an existing game called “Katamari”. I was Chief of Sound Design for this project.
Sound Design + Video Editing
Spatial sound design, foley work, music composition, sound mixing, and video editing projects including a 9/11 documentary short based on family experiences.
Sound design recreation based on existing materials, demonstrating foley work, spatial audio, and sound mixing techniques.
